Hello!

 

I am Marina Rubio, a Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher trained at the International School of Yoga and specialized in Yoga for women and prenatal and postnatal yoga at the Omma Prenatal School with Montse Cob, having completed more than 700 hours (and counting!) of Yoga Alliance Certified coursework. This is what I do now, although the path to get here took lots of turns!

 

I studied Advertising and Public Relations in Andalusia (where I am from), I did a Master's degree in teaching because I am passionate about teaching, but life wanted me to go abroad, to a city with a beach in the south of England, where I learned a lot of English - and even more about myself - and where I discovered yoga.

 

When I returned, Madrid became my home and, for a few years, I worked in my field - advertising and sponsorship. But the dharma in each of us ends up taking us to our true path, which for me, is Yoga.

 

Yoga is a path of self-discovery, of respect for yourself and what you feel, and a way to strengthen your body and feel your soul. 

 

I am continually training and discovering the wonderful world of yoga focused on women, and I hope to continue sharing, learning and opening windows for anyone and everyone who needs to breathe.
